This is an introduction to basic nutrition that would be required for you to achieve your goal and will include a specific plan for your race day or goal run. This is not a meal planning service, although, with the basic knowledge, you will be in a position to plan your own daily meals.
We can accomplish this with a FaceTime/Skype and a simple document that will be e-mailed to you. A good nutrition plan is key to achieving your goals!
